I really liked this one. Sure Finn acts like a giant kid most of the time but come on how many of us know one or more of these adult kids. He makes the story fun and lightens up the heavier side of the story that is Ryan. There are some sad parts to this story and though it is a difficult subject. I like how these two balance each other out and really bring out the best. I really enjoyed watching the two of them come together, they don't do the immediately jump into forever they become best friends and that is nice to see.Product details

Yes I love it! My favorite so far in the series! Ryan and Finn are so cute! I just love the friends to lovers stories and this one didn't disappoint. Even though Ryan was going out with 'someone'. Finn never gave up and knew something was not right in Ryan's relationship. So when all the secrets are out in Ryan's life Finn steps up. I just love Finn's determination and love that he has for Ryan. The author did it again with the feels for what a true love is supposed to be like. No matter what happens in their lives they don't let it define their relationship. I can't wait for more.

This book fell somewhere between an "okay" and a "like" for me. It wasn't bad but I felt that the focus on the illness took away from the story, as weird as that sounds. The mpreg piece was smothered by Ryan's cancer details and the entanglements with his medication supplier. I'm used to more warm fuzzies from this author and better characterization. Finn and Ryan didn't really have any personality, they were just characters moving through the story. I felt that the theft part, played up so much in the blurb, was just brushed aside and minimized. I really didn't like the way the story wrapped up; I didn't see that as a happy ending. It certainly was the weakest and my least favorite of the series.
EEEEE I just LOVED this one! Might be my favorite in the series, probably tied or maybe just right under the second book in the series.
I’ve been looking forward to Finn and Ryan’s story since we saw them as secondary characters in previous stories. I know they were just friends then, but they clearly had a lot of story we didn’t know about - and boy, do they.
I don’t know who I loved more - Finn and his honest, open demeanor with Ryan, or Ryan who needed a big hug, some TLC, and a good relationship. They were perfect together, and it was great seeing other characters. I almost think that Ryan’s ex deserved more repercussions from how he treated Ryan, but I’m glad they got him out of their lives.
I don’t want to say too much to spoil things for people reading this, but I really loved reading about these two becoming more than friends and finding happiness with each other. While you could still get into this story very easily, I definitely recommend reading the whole series since so many other characters were in previous books. Highly recommended!!

I really loved this series and it's well written. I really hope there are more books to follow this one!!
Good reading for when I had nothing else to do.
Okay so Finn is an idiot. His observation skills suck. His naivete was way over done. And Ryan just a glutton for punishment. A lot of characters told you information rather than letting it unfold. I started skimming and clearly won't be reading another one of these until there are some characters that don't behave like privileged teenagers.
